AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BULWARK DEFENSE
This Terms of Service (“TOS”) applies to all BULWARK DEFENSE, LLC (“BULWARK DEFENSE”) owned and operated Web Sites. This TOS does not apply to the content of third party websites. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, or notices contained herein conflict with the additional terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular BULWARK DEFENSE site, then these terms shall control.
PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT TERMS
You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number or account information with available credit at time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card or account information. You are responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state, local and city taxes. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges. Taxes and shipping and handling charges may be included on your order invoice depending on your jurisdiction and what has been ordered.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours from when they are received. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
*** RETURN POLICIES BELOW EXCLUDE ALL BALLISTIC THREAT PROTECTION ITEMS (i.e. Body Armor, Ballistic Plates (of all threat levels), & Ballistic Helmets) ***
All products sold by BULWARK DEFENSE are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, BULWARK DEFENSE will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.
A 15% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned or cancelled special orders
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Bulwark Defense order processing
Sales are final on sale items, clearance merchandise & special orders
*ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms must be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.
*All returned goods must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization prior to returning any product.
*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

MISCELLANEOUS
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to BULWARK DEFENSE when making a purchase. You agree not to resell any merchandise or services you purchase. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any identification number, key or password (“Identifiers”) with which you are provided. You agree to immediately notify BULWARK DEFENSE of any unauthorized use of the above or other breach of security. You are fully responsible for all activities under your Identifiers. BULWARK DEFENSE is not responsible for any misuse of your account by someone who uses your Identifiers.
