100% made in house, in their Phoenix, Arizona manufacturing facility. They ensure quality standards very few can claim; in-house, independent, and NIJ ballistic resistance testing. as well as being manufactured from their certified and proprietary ballistic steel plate.

They utilize their industry leading PAXCON Line-X protective coating to mitigate fragmentation and spalling upon impact.

Soft Armor: AR500 Armor® soft armor is designed for pistol threat protection, soft body armor allows increased comfort and significant weight savings over rifle rated Level III, III+, and IV body armor. AR500 Armor® IIIA soft body armor excels at concealment and comfort. Soft armor has a shelf life of 5 years.

Hard Armor: AR500 Armor® steel based armor is rugged, reliable, and stress fracture resistant. In addition to it being multi-hit capable and stand-alone, this armor also has a shelf life of 20 years!
